- Based on the slots available, Servizo will permit you to book a variety of services through the help of the platform. Clear instructions are given in the platform for the user to book its services based on their preferences and timings. For example, if a service provider is unavailable, then the user would be given an alternative date and time.
- Through email, text messages, and push notifications, confirmation of the booking will be provided to you. You have to make the payment once the booking of your services is confirmed.
- There will be no charge for the cancellation of the services if it is done before confirmation of the booking. A cancellation fee will be taken from you if you cancel after receiving the slot.
- The refund payment will take 3 to 5 working days to show on your provided banking account.
- To request a refund, you must contact the company through its official email ID or application.
